I'm sure that if YOU were an FCC Commisisoner, you'd be fair and it'd be a
breath of fresh air to have an Engineer there.

Clinton might have appointed Powell (he was required to have two Republican
FCC appointees), but Bush made him Chairman-AND gave him the Republican
majority to conduct business as he did. Practically every anti consumer pro
big business decision to come out of the FCC in the past 8 years has been a
3-2 decison-with the 3 Republicans voting YES!

It will take decades to undo the damage and most of it can probably never be
undone!
