[BC] Blocking IP addresses

Wouldn't it be simpler to shut down all email ... and go back to 
snail mail? I get plenty of spam from US sources, so maybe I should 
blanket block everything coming from the US.

Reminds me of an ISP I had a few years ago. They decided to do 
something about the "Nigeria" spam thing ... and came up with a 
simple solution. Block all emails that contained the word "Nigeria". 
That included all legitimate email that happened to use that word, 
and any news story that referred to the country.
