[BC] Antenna Question

I know of a few stations at the low end of the reserved band that run
V-Pol to minimize interference to the local Ch. 6 with little or no
H-Pol component...
W F C I, Franklin, Indiana (89.5 MHz) comes immediately to mind;
currently 1.15 kw V @ 67m HAAT; app on file to go 3 kw V@ 81m HAAT.
