[BC] treasuretrove of older tubes

I know of two rigs that used these particular 4X500 firebottles.  One was as
PAs in an Aerotron VHF transmitter that was used for ground to air
communications and the other was as drivers in a Dumont TV transmitter.
Darn, that makes me feel old.

" i have found 22 EIMAC 4X500F tubes. they're all in original boxes except
for 
a couple.
most have a date on them from 1948 to the early 50's. what used this type  
tube, and does anyone have a use for them.
as far as information on the boxes, it also has the hour usage on some of  
the boxes. now wether this is correct or not is anybodies guess. and are
they of 
 any value?
