[BC] XP SP3?

Installed it on a computer at home.  Nothing changed cosmetically, and so far I can't really find anything functions that were added or deleted.

My computer has started nagging me to install XP Service Pack 3.  Anyone
have any stories to tell -- pro or con -- regarding this "enhancement"?
