[BC] anybody else seeing glitches from AMC-8 ? update

I think it also depends where you are located.  One of the techs from 
Learfield told me that on the west coast we're on the fringe edge of 
the footprint in Oregon.  He also recommended that we install a strip 
amp inline with the dish.
