Look at the period of time of which you spoke. I had great GM's during that 
same period. (I started in radio in 1961) Granted I've not been following 
this thread in its entirety but I'm going to assume Rich is talk about those 
GM's post 90's. That's when things went into the pooper. Especially the mid 
90's. That's when I had the best and worst time in my broadcast life. This 
was in Dallas. Biggest ratings score and a GM from hell.
