[BC] anybody else seeing glitches from AMC-8 ? update

On April 19th and 20th I had dropouts.  The normal EB reading on my 
Starguide is around 14db and I was losing the signal periodically. 
Tried re-aiming the dish to peak the EB reading and the best I could 
get was around 6db.  Called my  satellite tech and by the time he got 
there the sig was back up to 14db and the dish was aimed as well as it 
could be.  I had a bout like this on March 13th and suspect the 2 
meter dish is flakey and plan to replace it with a 3 meter dish of 
better quality for more gain.  The dish goes to a splitter that feeds 
an ABC Starguide 3 receiver and a Learfied OSU Beavers receiver with 
the Starguide providing the feed voltage to a PLL LNB through the 
splitter.  Sometimes I wonder if the bird isn't tumbling slightly 
causing signal fade but have no way of knowing for sure.
