For now, all of them, including Wrigley Field. However, Sam Zell, since 
closing on his purchase of Tribune, has never hidden the fact that he 
wants to unload both. IIRC, he's trying to get the state to buy Wrigley, 
and there may be buyers lined up for the ball club.

Speaking of clubs, the Cub faithful hit him with one, figuratively, when 
he talked about selling the naming rights to Wrigley Field. That would 
be like selling naming rights to the Vatican... ;-)
