dB above uV is accurate...in RF.  HOWEVER, there are TWO. As you 
point out, in RF it is that across 50 ohms.  But it is equally 
applicable in audio referencing 10K ohms at 0.775V.  Or zero dB above 
Unloaded/Unterminated 0.775V
