Be very careful of how you think......
The way they keep comming up with new laws you may one day need a 
license to  walk..... Think about it....
walking is more dangerous than a 50Kw tranmsitter..
How many people are killed by operating a 50kw transmitter?
Now ask yourself how many people are killed by crossing the street or 
walking somewhere.
Yet you dont need a license or holster for carrying a YO-YO..
Yes a toy Yo-Yo is in fact a mideval weapon... So next time you want 
to hold up the local store bring your YO-YO with you..
