[BC] Court rejects RIAA's 'making available' piracy argument

RIAA just wants to get in our pockets any way they can. The blank
"music" cd tax deal reminds me of ASCAP and BMI pestering businesses
that play terrestrial radio in their stores. WE pay the tax the
first time and ASCAP/BMI wants more for "preforming" it in public.
How many ways can we be taxed for the same recording? In reality is
it really WORTH all the tax?
