[BC] Collins 300F Picture - filaments on!

I went throught that problem with a Gates BC250-GY.  It never stayed on frequency.  I replaced it with on I rob out of a BC-1G.

I have an Innovonics there as well.  I am having troubles with the
oscillator right now, so it is not airable at this time.  But it WILL BE!
