[BC] Class IV query

I know that here in Nashville, about 1959, WKDA (now WNVL) on 1240,
pulled a 60+ in the ratings with their Top-40 Hit Format. It was only
250 watts, 24/7 and used a Collins 300G Transmitter for a main. When
granted to go up to 1 KW, they got a Gates BC-1T, and the Collins was a
stand by.

Subject: [BC] Class IV query

There were some famously high rated stations which led their markets.
Some were class IV stations.

Does anyone know what the last big Class IV market-king was?
