[BC] Counterpoise Ground System

I used to work at KTRC too.  The ground doesn't exist any more...  I 
remember the time  roofers came in to re roof the place and they 
disconnected the ground system until the station went off the air as 
the VSWR went up and up.  The base current dropped in half before we 
noticed and stopped the roofers!!  Fun days of radio!!!
