Following Ed's death in 1972 Party Line continued with Wendy and John 
Stewart, who had been the programs newsman and announcer.  She left KDKA a short 
while later and became the spokeslady for the local AAA.

I had the pleasure of seeing Wendy at a social event earlier this week.  
She's doing well, and still sounds the same as she did all those years ago.
