[BC] Utah TV

There are ten states that have over 300 TV translators in them. Only one 
is east of the Mississippi. Of those ten states, there are three that 
have over 600 TV translators - Utah, Colorado and Alaska. Had you 
attended my Road Show, you would have learned that. :)
