HUH????  What venum??  To be honest I am not sure to whom I am talking to.
The post didnt really amke any sense.  Look at the questions that have been
raised.  Feel free to answer any of them.

Something truly rotten in Denmark here.

And my finals are fine thank you.  And to try to degrade an engineers role
to "reading the voltage on the finals" tells me you dont really know what I
do.  I am part of the management team at my cluster.  Not just a "reader of
the voltage on the finals"  Sheeesh
