Shelby,

You'll really need to separate your telephone needs from your in-studio
acoustic echo cancellation needs and treat them independently. Some
telephone talk-show systems have rudimentary acoustic echo cancellation, but
probably not to the level it sounds like you need. It's a pretty black art
encompassing spatially isolating the mics and monitors along with echo
cancellation or suppression. The talk show part of it is handled pretty well
with a standard call-in system (like the Comrex STAC) on your analog lines.
For used, check Ebay for the predecessor to the STAC, the Gentner TS612.
