         Bernie, that does not make it right.

         If 500 New Yorkers jumped off the

         No .. you missed the point. Broadcasters can
         very easily turn listeners off by boorish conduct.
         Just because some "talent" can amass big
         numbers in the 18-24 or 12-24 demo by
         being crude, does not always mean the station
         is successful.  In fact, some stations with
         such demos have failed, unable to "sell"
         an audience that effectively boycotts any
         advertiser who "interrupts" their music.
