Guess what though? EVERYTHING ELSE HAS GONE UP!!!!
Meaning: the average contract engineer is MUCH WORSE off then he was almost
two decades ago!

Its depressing to see that contact engineering rates have not gone up in
over 15 years.
I was getting $45-50 / Hour in 1990.
