[BC] WCBS Full time IBOC

We at WREF, Ridgefield, CT (850 KHz) are experiencing
interference to the South and West. I'm not sure what
the BW characteristics are +/- 30 KHz from carrier,
especially through the diplexer.

Except for sports, my NY area spy tells me they are full time IBOC day
and night, since Friday ovenight into Saturday.  Is this Kosher?  
Anyone in the area having problems?
