[BC] 10 kHz spacing / 9 kHz Receiver

Naw, this little rig works pretty decent.
  One of the last items they seem to sell that actually performs like the 
old days, but the digital end works right.
I have more problems on the FM side, as it can be sensitive enough to pick 
up distant stations, while I'm trying to triangulate local pirate stuff...
