[BC] Legal ID Question

Gary,
   That was the way the PD (back then under the former ownership) had us
doing it.  I questioned it, but I wasn't sure how legal then it was or
not.
PD back then was Jay Dubard.  There may be someone there that remembers
him. This is back when QQK was in the WVOL-AM facility.

   I haven't listen to QQK in quite some time, so I don't know how you
guys are doing it these days.  The programming on that station bores me
(HA!)

Why would it be a violation?....It is the call letters followed by city
of 
License?

QQK is one of my stations now....still ID's similar to that.
