A LONG LONG time ago, I think there was a window with an exception for
programming that should not be interrupted. I think the window was +/- 2
minutes. There MAY have even been a requirement to ID on the half hour
with the same window. I'd have to look at my 1970s hard copy of the rules
to see if my memory is correct.
