[BC] Legal ID Question

Barry,
   Back when I worked there, I question this all along, but had to keep
my mouth shut to keep my job. I was an on air jock, plus an assistant to
the Chief Engineer at that station back then.

         ... and if any inspector had been listening
         to WQQK and was actually awake, this
         would have been a Violation - mis-identification.
