[BC] Legal ID Question

Now that makes a lot more sense--the shutdown that is. I would have expected 
if they'd had a license of some sort they would just have been told to 
reduce power. Probably still been fined or worse, but not off the air. I had 
wondered a couple of times why the drastic measure.

I appreciate the clarification.
