[BC] proportion

(likewise Switzerland, keeping in mind the multi-lingual nature of the
country).
 
I believe in Berlin there is a Turkish language station, but that is all
I can think of without research.    Likewise France. 
Canada is like the U.S., you can find MANY multi-cultural stations, some
that do four or five languages.  Vancouver alone has stations in
Cantonese, Punjabi and Hindi.  Again, this is anecdotal.
