I like KGO's, on the 'Net.

I have a wired E-net connection [ * ] to a Roku device, and the L and R
(but no Y) is output to my HD (hard drive, not High Definition) DVD PVR,
where I record all my fave shows on the PVR, in SLP mode (the audio
portion is still recorded in normal mode).

The particular PVR I am using will accept malformed L (white), R (red)
and Video (yellow), and generate a standard NTSC Black signal, should the
video be absent.

(A side effect of this "standardization" can be removal of intentional
defects in the video, should that video stream contain content protection
encoding. I think this may be some kind of "flaw" in the PVR's firmware
;-) ).

[ * ] I used to use the wireless option of the Roku (the wireless B card
is provided with the product), but either only WEP was supported, or WPA
was too difficult to setup, and as I recently converted my Intranet to
very strong WPA protection, with the passwords being dispensed by
grc.com's very good random number generator, I, reluctantly, went with a
wired connection. Which was fine, as my recently abandoned Replay TV PVR
was provided with a wired E-net connection, which became redundant when
the Replay was off-ed.
