[BC] Interesting sites in the Keys

It's the blimp, tethered with a 3000m steel cable. Kind of fun to watch
when the use a huge winch and roll the cable back in, you just see the
blimp in the sky coming straight down to the ground. There are two
blimps IIRC. They also don't usually let it up more than about 1500m,
especially when windy!
