[BC] Beta Brite or ALPHA

	I considered that Larry,
The problem would be in getting a relay (or solid state switch) to
change in time to catch the entire preamble of the Beta Brite's stream. The
TFT does provide an optional feed for Beta Brites complete with proper
formatting. (I just put one in the local National Weather Service office).
Talking things over with the guys at Advanced Micro systems, they felt it
would be difficult without some form of delay to assure the full message was
received. The first part of the message is not displayed but rather
directions to the sign on how to display it. I decided it was probably more
trouble than it was worth.
