[BC] Any manned transmitter sites left?

That went away when WMTW-TV moved to a new 1000' tower near Baldwin,
Maine. It was just a few months afterward that the old WMTW-TV building on
Mt. Washington burned to the ground. There was speculation at the time
that had the site still been manned, the fire would have been caught in
time to prevent  the damage.

The last staffed mountaintop site in New England is WCAX-TV Burlington,
atop Mount Mansfield, where engineers rotate shifts living at the site.
