[BC] Interesting sign-offs and Tech Difficulties

WTIC in Hartford used to sponsor their pattern change. In the mornings,the
personality would start looking for the "antenna switch" a couple of minutes
b4 pattern change. "I know I left it somewhere AH! ---
There is is!" -silence and carrier drop- Okay we're back. That antenna switch
was brought to you by.....
