The tapered base section for a 25G is Rohn part number 25TGA which mates 
with a RACAL-DECCA A-4197L base insulator which is also the Austin part 
number.  Nello does not make these AFAIK .  The Rohn part is about 4X the 
cost of a straight section and there have been complaints about the fit and 
weld quality of recent Rohn product.  There are also Teflon machined 
inserts for the 25G sections if  you can live with the 3-point base, Google 
for Array Solutions.
