[BC] Williston, North Dakota Radio Question

I know this is a long shot, but we have some members up here, so I thought  
I'd ask...
 
There's a "USED" Allotment record for Channel 253, with C1 facilities on  
98.5 here in Williston. It shows call letters as "DKWYL" with the applicant  
being BBRV, Inc.  No one at KEYZ/NPRN has ever mentioned this to me and I'm  
surprised since some of their people have been there 20+ years.
 
Also, 35 miles to the NW of me in Tigoa, North Dakota there's an  application 
from 1996 by Northern Lights Broadcasting, LLC for a C1 Facility on  104.1
 
I've never heard of BBRV, Inc or Northern Lights Broadcasting. Does anyone  
know whatever became of KWYL and/or know anything about these applications or  
the status?
