[BC] Personal safety at tower sites

When I lived in Cleveland I made arrangements with two local police departments (Seven Hills for WMMS/WHK and North Royalton for WRMR) that I would call them when I was working at the site overnight. This eliminated the surprise visits and chance of being mistaken for a trespasser. The Seven Hills police also liked using the transmitter site driveway as a break spot and a place to complete the end-of-shift paperwork.

Reading about this incident sent chills up my spine a bit. I was at an AM TX site here in Indianapolis late one night working on an AM TX doing maintenance. I left the door open a bit since it was a nice night. No lights in front of the building except just at the front door so it's kind of hard to see the TX building from the road at night.

Apparently someone called the sherriff's office about someone being at the site late at night and I'm in back of the TX working when someone yells out real loud "Who's in here?".
