[BC] Cell phone activations

The provider is Cell One.  I will tell the client that they should talk to
the local manager.  I have not yet looked at their website to see if it can
be activated there.  I personally use Cell One because they have, as far as
I'm concerned, the best coverage in our area.  Although I was a bit miffed
when I went in to get a new battery and cell case and was told I was going
to have to buy a new phone because those items were no longer available for
my 20 month old phone.  We found the items we needed on eBay.
