[BC] NAB officially announces their new head

Perhaps they should rename the NAB the National Association of Lobbyists.
Lobbying appears to be the chief aim (and why they hired the new head
guy). Who was it, years ago, who said the NAB couldn't lobby themselves
out of a paper bag? I guess they're trying to fix that...
