Actually, that is the application that was part of the process. The FCC
put it into the MX group along with UMASS, CSN, and Living Proof. One of
the things they made an error in, which the FCC evidently allowed, was
that they filed as a minor change, when it really was a major change,
going from Class D to Class A. Their previous CP in 1981 was for 125
watts, amended to 135 watts. It expired in 1982.

They have an old application, never granted, but on file.. to  go to 250
