Don't believe all the WAVM rhetoric. Part of what they are stating is
not true. In addition, they leave out the fact they has a CP in the
early '80s to build, and it did not. One of the issues is whether or not
the claims of Living Proof, on being first or second non-commercial
service in the numbers they state is true. 

I do find it ridiculous, that this did not just go to points, in such a
populated area. In that case, the station would win the CP over all of
them. However, I find it reprehensible that satellators win over local
stations, period.

Like I said, the FCC is the WORST gurdian of the PUBLIC airwaves on the
entire
planet!
They simply SUCK at it!!
Idi Amin did a better job then they do!
