It will be very soon. VIP guests could already watch World 
Championship in Athletics in Helsinki this August on cell phones... 
Moreover, major 3G mobile-TV trial started just last month in UK. By 
next year, you will be able to watch news, weather channel, sports, 
etc. on your 3G mobile phone.
