have been doing what you did.  It's good to share the problems with things
like the phasing problem.  Taking an EAS feed from only one channel of a
receiver in Stereo mode could cause problems (shouldn't but it's not a
perfect world.)  Any one else out there have EAS problems with decoding that
we could share?
	Example, Our LP2 would send an actual Amber Alert.  My stations and
others in the market would relay, but the first 8 seconds were cut off.
After I researched it, I found out that the LP2 was not sending the two tone
for 8 seconds with an Amber Alert.  Our TFT and Burk boxes relayed but
generated the two tone, thus cutting off the first 8 seconds of the original
message.  The LP2 has cleaned up it's act (the two tone is required on
actual alerts) and all is well in the valley.
