[BC] RAIN report: HD Radio s Creative Thinking

These days a lot of TV audio sounds MUCH better than radio. This begins
audio being 5.1. Even a lot of the stereo is better than radio. The
other day there was a radio station spot in the middle of a break. It
had a snippet of their programming. It was the worst ( and most narrow)
audio the whole hour.
