 I did find that the newest incantation of Kmail, in their striving to
 be more and more like Micro$oft ( irritating in many ways ) did
 include two character sets, which I've now removed.
 Due to another e-mail asking about language sets, I've made sure
 ( as sure as I can be ) that I'm back to world-standard 7 bit ASCII.

 I'm hacking a couple of embedded systems lately, so it's entirely
