Right.  Like, it takes about 3.5 hours to drive across Riverside County at 70 mph.  No one station covers more than a small fraction.  That's why I've been pushing for adoption of "P-codes" for years.  If a station's area of interest (not necessarily coverage area) covers more than one county sub-code, put it in.  Since KHCS also reaches into San Bernardino County, we have that code in our box as well.  But, fortunately, we haven't had any alerts from Barstow or Baker.  That's outside of our AOI.
