Check Amphenol. They made the ancient Hi-Z mike connectors that, in their day
were simply known as Amphenol connectors

Not recommended for accurate results. Meter, cables and slug must be calibrated
together for spec. accuracy with Bird. This I know, and I suspect it is the
same for CD.
