[BC] Satellite EAS

just wait till your watching a recorded program on your DVR late at night on
the month (cant remember if its odd or even months in the NY state plan that
test are in the overnight) and your DVR bounces you out of the program your
watching until the test is over. this has happened to me, on a number of
occasions actually.
