Hey Willie-

I think you're taking that too seriously. I don't believe it's about 
terrorism, but more about the kind of "sedition" that provoked
John Adam's low point in his administration- the Alien and Sedition Acts, a 
part of which essentially made it illegal to utter anything
against the administration (as well as made it difficult to attend 
conventions in Roswell). Well- criticism of the administration is one of the 
points of the show I gather, so I think it's rather a witty pun as opposed 
to being sympathetic
to any sort of terrorism.
