[BC] Dead air and Advertisers

What about notifying those advertisers? If they took a few minutes to listen, 
they'd know how pathetic that station's operations really were. Then they'd 
start dropping that station like a hot potato! (Which it truly deserves.) That 
careless owner either goes broke, or decides to shape up.
