[BC] TV tower kills birds

there was just something on the new here in NY about a week or 2 ago about
the 'bird folk' asking the mangers of all the high rises in the city to
either dim or shut off the building lights after either 10pm or midnight
since the light apparently attracts the birds and crash into the buildings
and die.
